Scientific Bulletin of the Western Caspian University is a scientific and peer-reviewed journal, published four times a year, by publishing each series twice, with the aim of bringing independent and original articles in relevant fields to the attention of the scientific community. Scientific Bulletin operates in two series:

1. Series of Humanities and Socio-Political sciences:

• linguistics, literary criticism, history, oriental studies, journalism, librarianship, methodology, etc.
• philosophy, economics, psychology, sociology, political science

2. Series of Natural and Technical sciences:

• chemistry, biology, geology, geography, etc.
• mathematics, mechanics, physics, computer science, astrophysics, etc.

Both series of Scientific Bulletin feature independent, original, previously unpublished works based on an analytical scientific approach to related topics. All article submissions will be subject to anti-plagiarism program. Articles with less than 75% originality will not be accepted.

The content, scientific and legal responsibility of all articles published in the journal belong to the authors, the right of first publication belongs to Scientific Bulletin. It is prohibited to publish these  articles anywhere else partially or in full form without the permission of the Scientific Bulletin.

The decision to publish articles sent to the magazine belongs to the editorial staff. The editorial staff reserves the right to accept, correct or reject the submitted articles.
