Evaluation and publication period of articles
Evaluation of articles submitted to "Scientific Bulletin" is subject to a confidential review process.
- Submitted articles are initially evaluated by the editorial staff for compliance with the ethical principles and publishing policy of the editorial office, as well as the rules of compilation. Articles that do not pass the initial evaluation are returned without being sent for review.
- Articles that do not submit an anti-plagiarism document or, in dubious cases, do not go through the editorial office's own anti-plagiarism program are returned without being sent for review.
- The article that passes the initial evaluation is sent to two reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. If one of the reviews is negative, the article is sent to a third reviewer or the final decision on whether to publish it or not is made by the members of the editorial board.
- Evaluation period of submitted articles:
- Preliminary evaluation of the editorial staff - 2 weeks
- Reviewer evaluation - 6 weeks*
- Authors who submit articles to "Scientific Bulletin" are considered to have accepted all the conditions for the publication of the journal.
*In case of delay of reviewers' opinion, this period may be extended due to the appointment of a new reviewer
