Rules for compiling articles
- Articles must be written in MS Word 2007 or in a later version.
- The volume of articles should not be less than 8 pages, not more than 15 pages.
- The number of authors of the article should not exceed 4 people.
- Page sizes should be as follows:

- Articles should be compiled in the following order:
Information about the author | Name, surname, company, e-mail address, ORCID (capital letter, font size -12) |
The title of the article, in the language in which it is written | (IN CAPITAL LETTERS, dark, font size - 12) |
Article summary and keywords | (150 words in the written language, 3-5 keywords, font size - 10) |
The title of the article in English | (IN CAPITAL LETTERS, dark, font size - 12) If the article is in English, the title of the article must be in Azerbaijani as well. If the article is in Russian, the title should be translated into both Azerbaijani and English. |
Article summary and keywords | (in English, 150 words, 3-5 keywords, font size - 10) If the article is in Russian, there should be a summary and keywords in all three languages. |

- References and source lists in articles in the Scientific Bulletin are accepted in the Vancouver style. The rules for providing references and sources are as follows:
References in the text are given in parentheses, first the number, then the page with a comma.
example: (1 p.230), (2 p.143) and so on. |
In the source list, the sources are numbered in Arabic numerals, the order is not in alphabetical order, but in the order of use within the text. The list of sources includes monographs, edited books, articles, conference materials, electronic resources in the following example:
Books | The author's surname, initials, title, place of publication, publishing house and year must be indicated. Example: Wilkinson I. Oxford handbook of clinical medicine. Oxford: Oxford Press, 2017. Note. Book titles in Russian must be transliterated into Latin letters. Edited books | After the surname and initials of the editors of the book, the name of the work, place of publication, publishing house and year are indicated. Example: Norman I. J., Redfern S. J., eds. Mental health care for the elderly. New York: Churchill Livingstone; 1996. |
Articles | Author's surname, initials, article title, journal title (in italics), year, number, pages and, if available, DOI number should be indicated. Example: Vega K. Heart Transplantation Is Associated with an Increased Risk for Pancreaticobiliary Disease. Annals of Internal Medicine. 1996; 124 (11): 962-980. doi: 10.7326 / 0003-4819-124-11-199606010-00005 Note. The article in Russian, the name of the magazine in which it is published, as well as the surname of its author must be given in English. The title of the article and the journal cannot be freely translated: the official English title of the journal, the title in the English summary of the article and the author's surname must remain original. The parentheses must indicate that the article is in Russian (In Russ). If the English title of the article in Russian or the journal does not have official English, the title of the article must be transliterated into Latin letters. Conference materials | The author's surname, initials, title of the article, name of the conference (in italics), year, place and, if any, link should be indicated. Example: Chu H., Rosenthal M. Electronic resources | The URL and date of the resource must be specified. Example: Duchin J. S. Can preparedness for biological terrorism save us from pertussis? Dissertation and abstracts | References to dissertations and abstracts are not desirable. Instead, it is more appropriate to refer to articles and monographs based on dissertation materials. |
